THE HUG WHO GOT STUCK
Teaching children to access their heart and get free from sticky thoughts
This exceptional bedtime story for ages 4 to 8 follows the adventures of Hug, a hero who got stuck as he was headed for the heart for which it was made. Will Hug navigate past The Web of Sticky Thoughts to deliver love and care to the one special heart for which it was intended? The illustrations in this book are truly magical. You can explore the Hug Factory in the center of the heart, finding something new each time you read. It helps kids to learn that sometimes it takes surrender for everything to get better.
The book ends with Your Daily Hug Meter, a short set of questions to help children open to giving and receiving love, and the value of surrender as an antidote to Sticky Thoughts.
"A gentle reminder how our negative thoughts block the flow to our heart, and how hugs help free us."

"Bedtime is such a struggle for most moms I work with. By the end of the day moms are are tired as their children. Andrew’s book is a sure fire way to nurture MOMS as they nurture their children before bed!"

ELLIE JUMPS A MILE
Teaching kids to recognize fear and calm themselves
This charming story for ages three to eight features our beloved Ellie the Elephant, known for her gentleness. Ellie faces her fears when frightened for the very first time. Things look scary until her friends Cheetah, Monkey, and Snail share their experiences and Dragonfly-Fairy helps them all understand the power of calming themselves.
This beautifully illustrated book is designed to encourage children to pause when feeling afraid. It teaches kids to slow down, take a deep belly breath, and focus on what is around them.
The book starts with the Snuggle Breathing Meditation™ and ends with Ellie’s S.T.A.R. Breathing, an activity page that helps families practice calming and self-regulation skills so they can recognize fear and calm themselves.
Ellie helps children see that all of us—even the biggest, toughest creatures—sometimes feel afraid. She guides children in understanding fear a bit better, and then she and the Dragonfly-Fairy model deep breathing exercises so children are more prepared to calm themselves the next time they encounter a big feeling like fear.
As a lifelong educator and expert in social-emotional learning, I’m absolutely thrilled that Conscious Discipline’s S.T.A.R. breathing is a part of Andrew

A LITTLE LIGHT
Connecting children with their inner light so they can shine
This memorable rhyming bedtime tale for kids ages 4 through 6 invites us along on the adventures of A Little Light as he grows from the smallest spark of essence into a beautiful boy. Some life challenges dull his light, but with the help of his community, he learns to shine again. This story emphasizes the importance of the body, mind, and spirit in healing the whole person
This book will help children to see themselves as a spark of light and to help consciously grow that light through self-awareness. The book ends with The Light Switch, a set of questions to help young listeners and readers to turn on their own inner light.
This was my first story. It has a reference to healing, a church, and shows an image of a cross. This is a personal reference, as I was raised Christian. The lead character visits a psychologist, a doctor, and the church in search of healing. This one story may not be suitable for orthodox families. Please review it on Youtube if you are concerned. At its heart, it is a story about wholeness.
"The book your magical child has been waiting for"

"A healing book for the new generation of kids"
"Perfect for the waiting room of every healthcare practitioner!"
