Wonderful Book for Dealing with Anxiety
This book cleverly covers fight, flight & freeze responses using different animals & teaches the response that doesn't feed the fear cycle but reassures & slows the system down. I really like that Ellie hasn't felt fear like that before too, because often children & adults feel blindsided by a higher level of anxiety than they've experienced before.
