Refund Policy
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please follow up with the relevant carrier if you require further information.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since purchase we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please be aware the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If you request a return, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount. These labels are purchased at a discounted rate from our shipping partners. At the time the label is provided to you, a reference ID/RMA number will be provided. This must be affixed/ written on the outside of the return package in order for the refund to be processed.
The following items are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- eBooks

Refunds will be issued upon the order’s arrival back to our shipping house. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this, and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Replacements & Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@consciousstories.com with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted in any way, please contact support@consciousstories.com with your order number for a replacement.
International Returns & Exchanges
We accept international returns & exchanges in the event that you cover the postage. Please email us at support@consciousstories.com with your order number.
