THE HUG FACTORY BURSTS WITH LOVE

Helping kids to reduce anxiety when feeling pressured

This charming story for ages 3 to 8 explores the inner workings of the beloved hug factory as emotions are at an all-time high. When the hug factory is backlogged, it has to face the uncomfortable feelings that come with the pressure of squeeze, squeeze, squeeze…while trying not to burst!

Follow the adventure as a crowd of impatient hugs get squeezed tighter than ever in the Hug Factory. As pressure builds, hundreds of hugs get squished, squashed, and squooshed against the factory walls, all hoping to free themselves and deliver their special love and care.

This drama-filled sequel to the bestelling favorite, The Hug Who Got Stuck, helps children identify their feelings and remember that they have a way to calm before they burst.

Luminously illustrated, this book, which is part of the Conscious Stories collection, is perfect for parents seeking to help young kids with emotional overload. The book ends with The Hug Squeezy Meter, an activity page that helps kids measure how much pressure they are feeling and how close they are to bursting.

“This book feels like a warm, soft embrace, reminding us to breathe and take our
time. Amelia and I had fun reading together.”

Perhaps this book can teach all of us that our children are our circle people, they are here to remind us of the beauty and connection that is around us, beneath us and within us each and every day.”

ROLLING THUNDER FINDS HIS HERD

Reducing kids’ anxiety in new environments

In this delightful tale for ages three to eight, Rolling Thunder, a shiny black horse, faces the challenge of moving to a new herd. Things look gloomy until Gracie, a kind, motherly mare encourages him to be himself. See how he learns to trust his true nature and make new friends.

This beautifully illustrated book is crafted to reduce anxiety and encourage children to be themselves in new situations like changing schools or joining a new class. It teaches kids to drop their need for performance and simply be themselves.

The book ends with Rolling Thunder’s Friendly Questions, a playful activity page to help parents connect more deeply with their children about showing up as their real, authentic selves.

A rich story based on truth, authenticity, and relationship. Rolling Thunder captures the essence of each horse as well as the energy of the herd, softness, and acceptance, giving us the chance to learn about ourselves.

I'm confident that parents of every religious and spiritual background will find this story to be of great value in introducing their child to the beauty of faith, prayer, and mindfulness"
Rev. David Alexander (Father of Wiliam and Josh)

Lovingly and humorously illustrated, this book is for a slightly older age group of 7 - 10. This book will help children tap into their Inside World and to understand that they need not have the answer to every question in order to be peaceful.

The book ends with a reflective exercise called Sail the Seas of Knowledge, where children can explore the types of questions with which they are presented daily. This is a deeply liberating story that you can lean on in the moments when you don't know, (but think you should!)
